Disastrous support for XMR, stealing funds. Its been a week they can not fix Monero node, I asked them for troubleshoot to export & import private keys,they respond they do not know how to do it for their own wallet! Support kept sending copy/paste useless messages with giving no ETA to resolve the issue. Now they are ignoring my messages. I have thousands stuck with them, its a pure scam, preparing for a lawsuit.
