I have tried to contact customer services multiple times, but they do not respond, and they are not available on the messaging system. I received a defective loudspeaker, which it took 2 months to return, and I was billed for 2 months without refund. I want to purchase a product at the end of its rental period, this is now only possiblke through customer support, which is uncontactable. It is beginning to look like a scam. I have been a customer for many years but in the last 12 months, something has changed, and the customer is no longer able to do anything other than pay. I would strongly advise not to enter any new rental contracts with Grover.
