    I returned one of the articles 24 days before the date of my next charge.The return process had some hiccups, but after contacting support it worked. The problem is the return haven’t been acknowledged, and they are still trying to charge me. I contacted the customer support, and they tell me what I want to hear, but can’t fix the issue.To sum up, I returned the product way before the deadline, and they are trying to take the payment regardless. I hope my shufa does not get affected, but this was the last time this company scammed me.
