Worst customer service. It does feel like a scam. Charged a $10 fee right off the bat. I hadn’t even activated my daughter’s debit card yet, because the experience to verify our checking account that funded the debit card seemed suspicious and just bad organizational planning on their part. I called to cancel and get a refund of my existing funds in the debit card before we even used the card. Totally bad experience. Does not feel trustworthy at all.
