SCAM! They show you an open job and make you answer some questions, enter your Phone number etc and then they tell you that the job is not available anymore. Also, the asked questions have a limited amount of possible answers (eg whats your last job title) but in a lot of cases your prior job title does not exist in their answer possibilities so you are forced to chose something different which is obviously f* up your application.
