We got ripped off by Go VoyagesWe bought tickets for Canary Islands for Christmas, and bought an additional 100E+ option for flexibility (ability to change the tickets)Not only the flexibility option is only for 2 months (while the airlines of the trip offered a no cost, unlimited in time flex).But, when we asked to change, they said they could not do it as the airlines in questions did not have flight under two monthsThey refused to extend the option (which they sold us and is unasable) or to refund the ticketsTerrible client service, and selling scam options they cannot deliver.
