Do NOT book from these people. I have an upcoming flight but I’m now Covid positive so for the sake of others on the plane I’m not going to travel. Called gotogate for a refund and they’re refusing, I would have even settled for a voucher to use in the future but they refuse that too. I hope they know that they’re ruining their reputation by being such scammers coz this is the last time I’ll be booking with them.
