This is the Worst Travel Agency Ever! In July our flights were canceled. We were told to wait for an email to make changes. Without this there was no way to change anything, rebook or otherwise. I August, a month after this trips would have taken place, I got their email allowing me to either cancel my flight…or cancel my flight. I have called them repeatedly (their nr is: 1-786 4058511, not easy AT ALL to find that one). They promised to get my money back (obviously subtracting their ‘administrative costs’). In the beginning of October they told me they received the funds from the airline and I should receive the money within a week. It is mid November now and still have to get it….TOTAL SCAMMERS!!
