Worst travel agency. A complete scam. I had to cancel my and my wife’s flight due to sudden illness, informed this agency a month before the flight. When contacted, airlines told that they would be happy to issue refund if requested by travel agency. Gotogate has so far not refunded any money although airlines says that they have refunded money to gotogate. I do not know if I ever would get my money back.Very difficult to contact and get correct answer. Never, never book anything with this travel agency. It may be a little bit cheaper but you would be frustrated if anything changes or go wrong
