I booked the ticket in Jan. When I manage the flight schedule a few days before departure, surprisingly I found one of the return ticket went missing. I contacted the agent for rebook but it was unsuccessful. The flight went missing again the next days. I contact the agent again in the next 3 days but all the attempt of rebooks just failed. The team told me I would be contacted for rebook and authorization, but it didn’t happened up until the original flight date and time. I have waited more then a week but there is no one single solution provided. Now I have no choice but to buy a new ticket from another vendor which double my traveling cost.I am totally frustrated with the poor service of this company and I am starting to believe this is just a scam. I am seriously considering to report this fraud to police or other government authority.
