If i could give them 0 stars I would. I don’t think this company is necessarily a scam but they have their ways to screw you over so you don’t get your money back ( or at least not in timely manner) . Both of my flights were cancelled by airlines and GoToGate had “issued” a refund and sent me an email regarding that . I have not heard from them for over 2 months only after i had to get my credit cart company involved and report it as fraud they started bombarding me with emails “apologizing” for late response and that they are still working on my issue. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone to use this company .
