Again I would give a -0 if possible. There is nothing that makes me more angry then being repeatedly lied to. This company is a scam. They keep on reaching out and telling me that they are waiting to hear back from the airline (even though the airline contacted me back in less than 24 hours) and putting it on the airline when it was 100% them. Not me. Not the airline. Them. Their website said my transaction did not go through so I did it again. Then 5 minutes later I get an email that both went through and they still can’t resolve it? Even paying a fee for their error is insane, let alone getting nothing back. I will keep on giving you bad reviews until you take responsibility for your repeated errors.
