    We booked through gotogate to go to Mykonos last June ‘22. The flight was cancelled by the airline Wizz Air- however go to gate never told us. We found out by trying to check in the day before. We rang gotogate to see about a flight change and they told us there was nothing they could do. We asked for a refund- they said they will issue a refund and will be entitled to 30% of the refund! 6 months later we still ring them monthly about the refund and each time they tell us it is ‘pending’. I got an email from the airline saying the refund had been issued to gotogate last July, and yet still in November GoToGate haven’t been able to return it to us. A scam company do not book through them
