Their “flexible ticket” service is scam.If you buy this service, it says in their policy that you can flexibly get free ticket to another flight if you cancel.But when I actually ask them to get me the free ticket, they said the ticket is free but the administration fee is 250 USD.Meanwhile I checked the flights market price is 150 USD. So I bought another one myself.What a low class scam.LOL
