Scammer Travel Agency – Do Not BookI had my flight cancelled by the airline on 1st Jan 2023, the airlines confirmed that they refunded to GoToGate the same day. However, despite numerous calls to customer support and emails, I still have not received a refund. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have contacted the executive team at Booking.com as they acquired GoToGate. They should have a class action lawsuit against them as they have outed many customers out of their refunds.
