I am now convinced this organisation are scammers hiding in plain sight. They run enough back office to let customers feel like they have made contact, whilst doing absolutely nothing. They are not bonded or regulated in anyway I can discern. They will assure you your complaint is reasonable and action is being taken. The only response you will receive is a stock post to negative reviews (see below👇)..Sure you may get a cheap flight, but woe betide anything goes amiss – you’ll never see a refund/rebooking from them.Thankfully I managed to cajole the airline into accepting my credit direct. Advise you bypass Gotogate entirely for any hope of resolution.I guess they make more money grifting people than just doing an honest job.STAY AWAY!
