I went to go gate and consciously booked for 11/11/22paid the $181. I got an email confirmation stating I was booked for 12/2/22. Called customer service to advise them of the system error and they only agreed to give me a partial refund . Their website is a total scam and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
