Never book with GoSplitty. They scam you out of money. I booked a hotel reservation that already had $100+ dollars in added fees once I put it in my cart. Then, after my purchase, I received an email telling me to expect several extra fees at the hotel. Not to mention, they double charged my card! I immediately contacted them to cancel and get a refund, as it was very dishonest of them to not include or mention any of these hotel fees when booking the hotel and the fact that they double charged me. I’ve had several phone calls with them and they told me they’d contact the hotel and if the hotel will cancel the reservation free of charge they’d give me a full refund. Nothing happened, though, and they kept saying the hotel would hang up any time they call or they couldn’t get a hold of the hotel…so I called the hotel myself, got a hold of someone immediately and got the hotel to refund my room with no fees. I then sent proof of the cancellation to GoSplitty, along with a refund number even from the hotel, as GoSplitty assured me all they needed was proof from the hotel and they’d refund me…took days and they finally did after countless hours, phone calls, and emails with them. Long story short don’t use GoSplitty.
