I made a reservation with GoSplitty and our hotel could not find our reservation after over a week of booking. I’ve called and emailed gosplitty and nobody has answered or written me back. So far feels like a complete scam since they still took our money and we got charged. Do not use them!* edit*They did reach out to us and resolved the situation. I still think it’s hard to get ahold of them as I still never got an Email response and can’t call their phone number, but at least they reached out (the day after we checked into our hotel).
