We booked a one night stay in Kona for about $200 less than any other site. Received an email confirming our payment but never got the promised 2nd confirmation from the hotel. I was concerned and then checked their reviews and was convinced we got scammed but went to the hotel anyway just to double check. They had everything in order! Great service but I wish we’d had the hotel confirmation ahead of time. I plan to use them again when the opportunity arises. Very happy customer here.
