Very absolutely bad. This website is a scam. I clicked on the wrong dates for a hotel. I called them 1 minute after the booking was made and tried to cancel but they wouldn’t budge on the policy. I tried rescheduling the dates of the hotel booking even, explaining that it was a careless mistake on the date. All they did was have a call center in some area reply with some policy issue saying there is no way to back track.
