I made a reservation 2 months ago prior to reading the reviews then immediately started to worry it was too good to be true and looked up reviews. I became increasingly agitated the more I read and worried I got scammed. I called the hotel and no reservations were there. I tried calling the number on the website and there was no answer like other reviews stated. I emailed and didn’t receive a response. I decided to wait a couple of weeks and tried the phone number again and finally got someone on the line who said they would get back to me in 24-48 hrs and never got a response. I waited a few more days and called again and was told my reservation was confirmed and they emailed me a confirmation number. I decided to call the hotel just to make sure and believe it or not the reservation was there! This was the first vacation my husband and I have gone on without the kids and for our anniversary. There were no problems at check in and no additional fees at check out. I am so relieved. Glad it wasn’t a scam and it saved us $1000 in hotel costs!
