    Booked a room a month ago to attend funeral, had to fly in for a weekend, arrived to hotel just to hear there is no booking on my name, got a hold on customer service saying me they we fix it asap, never hear back again.. tried to reach out back multiple times, call doesn’t even go through. 24/7customer service, sure duh.. Why does even have to be fixed, at least it is a scam. Got a text from some number just now asking how is my stay and if I have any issues with my check in (why this even would be a part of a courtesy text???? At least they expected you to have an issue) to call, nobody picks up. Family was able to take us in. Be sure I already filled chargeback, and going to tell everyone never use you. Go anyone checking this company before purchasing, just save yourself time and hustle, book on trustworthy platforms.
