I have left over 5000 reviews and this is my first 1 star review. I ordered a bottle of whiskey as a gift from a store in New Orleans that uses this company for deliveries. We were sitting in the room next to the front door when my wife noticed that I had gotten a text from the driver saying he was out front. He didnt knock on the door or ring the door bell. So we apparently missed his delivery if he was ever here at all. The neighbor working next door did not see him. It is impossible to contact the company without going through a lengthy online process for them to call you back. After 45 minutes of trying to negotiate their online process, I gave up and drove 10 min away and bought the same bottle for $20 less and saved on the delivery but they want to charge me a restocking fee but will not tell me how much that is. If this is not a scam it is a very poorly run business that charges very high margins for the convenience. That is not a bad business model but given the extremely poor execution, I would be very wary of dealing with them.
