Unbelievably bad – feel like I’ve been scammed! Recently purchased a brand new GoPro 10 and it is virtually UNUSABLE. Constant glitches when using an external mic – the workaround (turn it on with adaptor unplugged, record footage, then plug adaptor in – this is the only way it works) is completely impractical for on the go adventure content creation!Overheats constantly (not ideal when we live and film in a tropical country).Turns on randomly, and then randomly gets stuck in shut down and won’t turn off unless you remove the battery.Voice commands don’t work.Must reset the time/date every time you change batteries even if the battery is out for just 5 seconds.Not worth the plastic it was made of.All these appear to be known issues for GoPro. I am so shocked that this company continues to be perceived as one of the top for action cameras when they produce pieces of rubbish that are so highly priced and yet UNUSABLE.And of course, cannot get hold of customer service at ALL so that 12 month warranty is also worthless. We saved every cent for MONTHS to afford this to grow our content creation channels and now we are out $700. Disgusting. Will never purchase a product from this scam company again.
