I’m so disappointed I didn’t check reviews of website. Any good reviews are made up by the company. Once I realised a few hours later, it was a scam company, I called and asked them to cancel it. Of course they wouldn’t. They said I couldn’t refuse it being delivered or they wouldn’t refund. They then tried the 20%, then 30% and I refused that. Then they said if I’d opened it at all, they wouldn’t refund me. They made the return as difficult as they possibly could and asked me to send email after email to different departments, then I had to receive a code…then send the code on to them again! I have never had such awful service. Finally they’ve refunded me today but only after taking more money off the refund even though I’d paid for postage and handling from their side and my own. They have still kept £10 more. Absolutely disgusting, dishonest company. I keep asking them why they’ve kept £10 as it’s stealing and they keep saying it’s post. So now I seem to have paid for their post, my post and who knows what else. They added £12 to my initial purchase with no reason. So I’ve still ended up paying £21 more for something I didn’t want. The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of buying from.
