NOT GOOD AT ALL! The only day that was good with Foward was the initial virtual visit. After that… it all goes downhill from there. This company charges your $100 “discounted rate” (per month) for the Tampa location which is not even open yet but charge you immediately and recurring. They dodge the question, “when will the location open.”They offer you “virtual services” and say that’s what the $100 is for. You don’t know any of this until AFTER you spend the $100. When you ask for a refund, they will simply refuse. Probably because they assume nobody will take them to court over $100. And they’re probably right. Avoid this scam. Hopefully a group of prior customers will get together and class action this company.
