I apparently signed up in June 2021 for a trial which I know I cancelled… 2 years later I am charged 200 dollars for a subscription I have no interest in with no kind of warning seeing as the email I used was a no longer used business account email. This company should be ashamed of themselves for using fraudulent practices. Letting companies steal money should be punishable just as a person who steals money is punished by going to jail. This has messed up my bank account and I cannot afford $200 for any subscription as I receive Social Security. Preying on the money of those who need every penny to survive in this economy and then refusing to give that money back is a scam and I hope my review is taken seriously by everyone who reads this. This site Craftsy should be shut down.
