Scam. It has been 4.5 month with 0 results ti retrieve data from a private account. I posed a logical question- when you buy a service you have to know, at least approximately, how much time it takes or how much is already done, or how much usually it takes based on their previous experience. The tech.supporte can’t provide any answers, just repeating: it takes more time than usually, we work hard, we need to upgrade or software, we need to do it slowly ’cause the instagram security is tough.. etc. I see their answers same to everyone. But they are still trying to convince me – wait, all users got their results before. So if it is like that- how much time did it take? They are lying!!
