To put it in short: SCAM. Spent weeks in contact with their customer support, where i was told to give it “a few more days”. That turned into a month. When I contacted them to cancel my subscription and request a refund, they’re continuing to stall, and said that their refund policy states no refunds shall be submitted after two weeks ( — when their own tech support people told me to wait longer than that).First, they tried to say that I wasn’t getting a refund because it’s been more than 2 weeks since my account was active (when they had “paused” the account because they were “still trying to get me my data”). When I pushed back, they said they’d offer me an 80% refund. When I pushed back again, they said they’d offer a full refund minus 9% of “payment processor fees” – which is BS. This “company” makes money off of returning only partial payments. Currently escalating this.Update to Glassagram’s response to my review:Glassagram DID NOT “promptly process a refund”, it took almost a month of back-and-forth emails of them stalling and pretending that there’s a “9% payment processor fee” (unheard of, payment processors do not take more than 2-3% which is paid by the vendor, not the customer) to o get them to refund my account.
