AVOID GIGSBERG. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. I bought 4 Stormzy tickets in 2019 for the concert in 2020 (£405). The concert was postponed until March 2022 due to Covid. I finally received the tickets in the AXS app the day before the concert. An hour before the show they simply DISAPPEARED from my AXS app. Vanished without a trace! I assume they were fake or were sold twice and had already been used on the night. We were already at the venue but with no tickets and my AXS mobile ID did not let us in either. After waiting more than 2 years our £405 Gigsberg tickets were USELESS. Gigsberg support does not answer calls and, after an initial reply, ignores emails. Helpline keeps you waiting and always hangs up at exactly 5 minutes. I have called more than 20 times and never got through to a person. SCAMMERS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
