I bought the tickets through the website but the show was cancelled in the end. I received an e-mail to talk about the refund ( money should be refunded up to 28 working days according to the website ) – but almost 3 months later, I still did not receive my money back for the 2 tickets I purchased. Right now, CS is completely ignoring my messages and my e-mails. I believe this website is a SCAM and I would not recommend it to anyone. Based on the reviews, I also believe the tickets we had were not even real. Keep away from them!
