    Horrible! My friend sent me a $250 gift card for my daughter and I instantly received an email giving me the impression the card was ready to go. I spent a whole day trying to make a purchase for her and could not, finally had to ask my friend for the invoice number and we checked and it said “processing”. I called and was told their system is down so they can’t help me, called again just now and they are having “internal issues”. This place is a scam, and they outsource their call center so they people answering have very little access or ability to do anything.Edit: 04/02/23 company immediately reached out to me regarding my review and issue was resolved. Great customer service, eventually! Changing my 1-Star to 3-Stars as it was still very frustrating needing to go through this avenue to contact someone who can help. Call center was useless. Thank you!
