The sad thing is I just copied the review from below as it is almost the same experience as mine except I ordered later so I’ve little to no chance if receiving anytime soon! Just like so many others, I ordered with an expectation of shipping within “5-7 days” based on their marketing that there were 300+ left in the warehouse. I have emailed three times now and have only once received any response (which was really, really vague). I just emailed to cancel my order, because I am so frustrated and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of (maybe a scam, maybe not – but either way extremely poor customer service and suspicious marketing tactics). Big thumbs down.
