Used their rental services in France for 4 days. A week later they tried to claim that we blew the spark plugs, although the car had very weak acceleration anyway so I am sure they were knackered beforehand. Obviously we didn’t check this as deep diving under the bonnet seems a bit over the top and unreasonable for a rental. Now initially charged 250 euros + 40 euro admin fee, which I reluctantly paid (well withdrawn from my account without agreement). I closed my account until 2 months later they’ve charged another 250 euros without any notification despite closing my account. SCAM of a company, do not use them and pay slightly more for a well trusted rental company.
