This is a complete scam! Thinking I was booking online with hotels web site, i booked a room for March (5 months in advance) The next day I found a slightly better offer and booked a room directly with same hotel over phone. At that time I was notified i had used a third party for original reservation. I requested cancellation and Then received a notice that it was non refundable. I called and asked to get my reservation back and was denied. They took my $584 and I have no reservation for March.
