Do not book anything with this company. Horrendous customer service and absolutely no consumer care. We sought to change a reservation and was told it was not possible. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would call back. Never happened. Called back three times, was told again a supervisor would call back, put on long holds.This is a real scam if a company and I will direct people away from it all over social media and wherever I can.Next stop is the Federal Consumer Protection Agency where I will be filing a formal complaint.
