It is a SCAM, I booked by mistake thinking it was the hotel page they charged 1000 dollars fees and taxes and when I came to the hotel I had to pay taxes again! I realized all this when I wanted to do an early check out and the hotel said they would happily refund my money but it was done via a third party. I try to reach them via email, phone and everything and they never answered. It is a complete SCAM and there is no way to get an answer or refund. I will report them to the consumer protection.
