I made a reservation through what I believed to be the hotel website. When the invoice came up, they had charged me nearly $700 in fees!!! I canceled immediately but they won’t refund my money. This is fraudulent and I’m filing a complaint. I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income and cannot afford this.
