Absolute scam. This web site made it to appear I was booking directly through Hilton and as it appeared I was moving forward to the next step to review my information, the purchase happened instead with a $100 fee that was undisclosed until after with a NO cancellation policy. When I spoke to a company representative he was rude, yelled and would not transfer me to another representative, which led me to think it was a scam and the reservation was cancelled. I am now out $250 with no hotel room. My credit card company advised I go to the Better Business Bureau which will be happening immediately. So disgusted when people make livings out of taking advantage of others, and I have never let a negative review before but it’s necessary for this poor example of a company, watch out!
