I thought I was making a reservation directly with the Willard Hotel. I was charged over double what the Willard charges per night. When I realized my mistake, Getaroom customer service said they would cancel this reservation but that I would get no refund. They said they would contact Priceline to get approval for a refund. I am totally ripped off. Total scam- I feel like a total sucker. Avoid this website
