    When I booked I asked specifically if they offered shuttle service to the airport. They put me on hold and when they returned they said yes, and that it was complimentary. I then booked the room and prepaid. Upon arrival the first thing I asked was about the shuttle. The front desk told me they didn’t have that service anymore and that they had notified all of their booking agencies that they no longer offer that service. I then asked for a refund and they said I had to ask the booking agency for the refund. After being put on hold 5 times and offered a 10%, then a15%, then a 20% discount on the room, I told them no, that I was very upset and was lied to about the service. I consider this fraud and misrepresentation. I have contacted my credit card company and will dispute the charge as soon as it posts. This is not right, as I specifically requested the service and was told it was complimentary. This is a very poor way to conduct business and will never use your booking company again.Getaroom has responded with a full refund.
