We booked a 2 Queen Suite at HOODOO MOAB, Curio Collection by Hilton with who we were told was directly by the hotel. Instead, we got someone who impersonated the Hotel and charged us $1,694.19 on December 15, 2022. When we arrived to check in we were told the booking was for a Standard 2 Queen room and that the Hotel was only paid 1,187.42. You charged us $506.66 or 42.67% for a booking fee. Had we been told that it was not directly with the Hotel and you were charging us $506.77 for a booking fee we would not have authorized the charge. I we do not receive a refund in the amount of $506.77 in 5 days, we will file a fraudulent charge with American Express.
