Total scam and total fraud! The other reviews hit the nail on the head and is exactly what I experienced! First they lead you to believe you have contacted the hotel itself. I tried contacting several times to move or cancel my reservation as my child was super sick and you can’t get a hold of anyone. Automated phone call hangs up on you unless your reservation is within 24 hours, Then I contacted the hotel and they agreed to not charge the company for the rooms, told me to send an email to get a room and assured me that third parties then won’t charge the guest, (which reputable companies like Expedia etc probably don’t as they have morals). But this company does!!! They charged my parents 1300 us and will not refund even though the hotel has charged them nothing! They are heartless, fraudulent, scammers! Just read any other reviews or websites regarding them! It Really breaks my heart as my parents who are in their 70’s bought me a gift of a lifetime and now I don’t get to experience it as this company cares only about money and have no problems charging 1300 USD for a service they didn’t provide. All I wanted to do was to change the weekend because my kid was continually throwing up! I did what any parent would.I will tell everyone I know to never trust this site as well as make others aware over social media.
