Absolutely terrible customer service. Tried to change reservation, did not ask for refund. Put on hold for over 30 min 2 times when asking for a supervisor, hung up on. As if dealing with stress if emergency and having to change plans wasn’t enough, I had to deal with this company and lose money. First time user, terrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! TOTAL SCAM!!
