My elderly mother booked 3 nights away for my dads birthday. Immediately after booking she noticed the price had tripled so she cancelled right away and called them only to be told there is no refund. No acceptions, nothing. So ok, can we at least keep the room since I only cancelled 5 minutes ago? No. That’s a 2 week wage for my mother and her hoping to go away to treat my father is totally ruined. No remorse, not trying to help, nothing. Just speaking down the phone like robots reading a script. Clearly they do this daily by all the reviews. This shouldn’t be allowed, it’s awful what they’re doing to people. This is the kind of thing that pushes people over the edge, they save up for months to go on holiday only to be scammed. I don’t know how they sleep at night, it’s disgusting. Ripped off and can’t even keep the room they payed for. So all that money down the drain. I wish there was a way to warn more people about this awful company, but unfortunately they’ll end up closing and reopening in a new name. I hope they get what they deserve because this is awful, the amount of people going through the same thing too. It also gives all these hotels a bad reputation, they need to cut contact with this service asap.
