This company is a scam. I booked a hotel for 4 nights with the advertised rate of $617 and have instead been charged ~$2500. When I queried and requested a refund I was told that there were no refunds on my order. This is blatant fraud. I do not know how this company can still exist or how hoteliers are allowing them to use their businesses to defraud people.Edit: the $370 refund I have been offered is unacceptable. If a full refund is not processed by the end of the week I will continue to pursue legal action.
