Gave a very deceiving price as it showed the total for the booking and to “click reserve”. As soon as I did, a pop up showed up to approve the fee. I did not approve as I saw a $100 service fee and the company still ran through somehow. Has to be a scam and absolutely ridiculous. Called to chat about how I never approved as I was skeptical of a bank fraud alert and told me to pound sand. They did refund eventually so they get a star bump.
