Avoid this company at all costs. Thought we were booking direct through Hilton hotel Dublin . Clearly not , scam website . Cost for room was supposed to be £708 , however they charged over £2100 . ( including undisclosed tax recovery and rooms charged at over £500 per night ) This was only visible when the amount deducted was shown on our credit card . Phoned customer services but only got automated service and could only cancel but no refund given . This is clearly deceitful, misrepresentation and fraudulent. There is such a thing as consumer rights in the UK . Please avoid at all costs and pass this on so others can avoid. Still no response from this company despite their reply that everything is resolved far from it!
