Fraudulent practices!If anything goes wrong with your reservation or hotel this company is unreasonable and unreachable. I don’t recommend ever booking 3rd parties. Priceline, booking.com, agoda, and Travelocity all have policies in place that make refunds nearly impossible even in reasonable situations. I’ve lost thousands this way. Do not ever use these guys. Be extra careful to ensure you actually book with the hotel because these companies have ad that pop up when you try to book with the actual hotel that try to mislead the consumer to book with them instead. On the date below they got 565.00. I was in a sensitive situation and they straight up took advantage making an already terrible situation worse. They cost me 565. the situation ended up cost thousands. I slept on the ground but the room I’d booked was able to be rented out
